Online Nominations
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. You can use this online nomination form to enter the Bowen Family Fishing Classic.
2. Enter all the required information and then click the "Send" button.
3. Confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have provided.
4. Details for making payment will be provided on the confirmation email that you will receive.
5. The nomination will not be valid until payment is made.
6. You will need to print the confirmation email that you receive and bring it along to the Bowen Family Fishing Classic weekend in order to weigh in fish and be eligible for any prizes.
7. Online nominations close Thursday 19th Sept 6pm.
8. When making payment for multiple nominations please do one combined payment rather then individual payments for each nominations. For example, if nominating two seniors and one junior, make one payment of $65.
NOMINATION PRICE INCLUDES DONATION TO LOCAL FISH RESTOCKING.
TRANSPORT ON ALL PRIZES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.
WEIGH IN TIME : SATURDAY 4:30pm - 6:30pm SHARP, SUNDAY 10:30am - 2:30pm SHARP
Weightmaster and Officials's decisions are final and no correspondence, verbal or written, will be entered into.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE : People proposing to participate in above mentioned competition are especially to note that neither Bowen Family Fishing Classic and Wet Weekend or any host division accepts any responsibility for loss, injury or damage of any kind which may be suffered by any person in the cause of the excursion, whether such injury, loss or damage is due to, or if alleged to be due to any act of neglect or default of the committee, volunteers or any host division, or of any official agent thereof. All people are to fully understand that in participating they do so entirely at their own risk.
